FOXPOST Parcel pointsFOXPOST is a simple, flexible, contactless, and eco-friendly way to send and receive parcels. If you choose to have your order delivered to a FOXPOST parcel locker, you don’t have to wait for the courier all day.
The nationwide and continuously expanding parcel locker network provides easy access across many locations in Hungary, both indoors and outdoors, and is available from morning until evening. Once we hand over your parcel to FOXPOST, they will deliver it to the selected locker within one working day. You will then receive an SMS notification with a unique code, which you can use to collect your package within 3 days.
Important: Payment at the lockers is only possible by bank card.
If you wish to return your package, you can do so within 14 days according to the webshop’s return policy. Returning a package is simple: just visit any FOXPOST locker and enter the original pickup code again.

Most GLS Parcel Lockers are available 24/7 due to their convenient locations. You have 5 working days to collect your parcel using the PIN code provided in the notification. If paying by cash on delivery at a Parcel Locker, payment can only be made by bank card.
For GLS Parcel Shops, you also have 5 working days to collect your parcel by presenting a valid ID. Regardless of the delivery method, parcels are delivered on the next working day after dispatch.

MPL parcel machine, post office and MOL / COOP parcel pointsWith this delivery method, you can request delivery to Magyar Posta's parcel machines, branches and MOL / COOP parcel points.
The MPL courier service will send an email to the email address you provide on the day of dispatch, which will include, among other things, the shipment ID, which you can click on to track your parcel on the postal website.
If your parcel is ready for collection at the post office or parcel point of your choice, you will receive another email and SMS. You can pick up your parcel at any time during the opening hours of the post office or parcel point for 5 working days after the notification. If you do not collect your parcel within this period, it will be returned to us.
Payment at the parcel points or post offices can be made by cash or credit card. For parcel machines, only payment by credit card is possible.

MPL home delivery serviceOn the day the parcel is dispatched, the MPL courier service will send an email to the email address you have provided, which will include, among other things, the parcel ID, which you can click on to track your parcel on the postal website.
On the day of delivery, you will receive another email from Magyar Post and the courier will call you on the phone number you provided. If for any reason the delivery cannot be completed, you can either request a new delivery date after contacting the courier or request to keep the parcel from the post office box responsible for delivery. If you wish to have your order delivered to a PO Box, you can pick it up in opening hours up to 5 working days. If you do not collect your parcel within this period, it will be returned to us by the Hungarian Post Office. Our couriers can accept cash and credit card payments.
